What you will do

• Investigate and respond to day-to-day security alerts generated by the SIEM.
• Build and fine-tune alert rules and integrate new log sources.
• Lead incident response efforts, moving from triage to escalation and resolution.
• Create and improve security playbooks to streamline response capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT and software engineers to remediate vulnerabilities across workstations and cloud assets.
• Analyze recurring security patterns to drive organizational changes.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of professional experience in security.
• Hands-on experience securing and monitoring public cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and enterprise IT.
• Experience with vulnerability management across modern IT and software stacks.
• Familiarity with security incident management processes, preferably within a CSIRT.
• Ability to code and script to automate repetitive tasks.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
