What you will do

• Simulate cyberattacks to assess the security of applications, networks, and systems.
• Manage Responsible Disclosure (VDP) and Bug Bounty programs.
• Triage vulnerability reports from external researchers and assess their severity and impact.
• Collaborate with development, IT operations, and product managers to resolve identified security issues.
• Establish and maintain communication channels with the security research community.
• Track vulnerability remediation progress to ensure issues are addressed within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity focusing on penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Proven experience in managing VDP and Bug Bounty programs.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or other equivalent credentials.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and web applications.
• Proficiency with penetration testing tools including Metasploit, Nmap, and Burp Suite.
• Must be based in the United States.
