What you will do

• Develop high-quality security content and labs for various hirify.global platforms.
• Conduct testing and ongoing maintenance of labs, challenges, and vulnerable machines.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Content Development teams to tackle complex technical tasks.
• Research current vulnerabilities, exploits, tools, and TTPs to keep content relevant.
• Automate workflows to increase the efficiency of content production and testing.
• Align technical content decisions with business goals.

Requirements

• English: Native or bilingual proficiency (C2) required.
• Location: Based in Greece or eligible for engagement via Employer of Record.
• Proven experience in ICS and SCADA security and simulations.
• Deep understanding of OT protocols, network topologies, and historical critical attacks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies.

Nice to have

• Prior penetration testing experience in OT environments.
• Experience in web application and network penetration testing.
• Experience creating vulnerable ICS CTF challenges or machines.
• "Elite Hacker" or higher rank on the hirify.global platform.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Cloud and virtualization technologies (VMware Workstation, ESXi, vCenter).
