What you will do

  • Provide in-depth technical support for hirify.global SaaS and on-premises platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues involving client/server communications, SSL/TLS, networking, and MDM.
  • Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for technical outcomes.
  • Set up and maintain test environments to replicate and resolve customer issues.
  • Author Knowledge Base articles to promote customer self-service.

Requirements

  • Experience troubleshooting enterprise systems including DNS, networking, firewalls, and Microsoft server technologies.
  • Hands-on expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) for iOS and Android Enterprise.
  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing SSL/TLS handshake failures and certificate errors.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/Intune) and packet capture analysis (Wireshark).
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries and familiarity with LDAP and PKI.
  • Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Mobile Threat Detection tools.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
  • ITIL knowledge or ITSM administration experience.
