- Ensure secure handling of customer information in compliance with data protection protocols.
- Collaborate with team leaders to escalate complex issues and improve service outcomes.
Requirements
- Fluent English and native Japanese proficiency (business level).
- Strong multi-channel communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 50% onsite attendance in Tokyo.
