Site Reliability Engineer (SaaS): Managing, securing, and automating production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure with an accent on infrastructure reliability, observability, and incident response. Focus on building automation, troubleshooting complex distributed systems, and partnering with engineering teams to ensure 24/7 service availability.
Location: Must be a US citizen and located domestically in the U.S.

What you will do
- Deploy, manage, and secure production SaaS environments across AWS and Azure.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for incident response and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
- Write technical documentation and provide training to colleagues.
- Work a 4x10-hour schedule (Sunday–Wednesday, 10 PM – 9 AM US Pacific Time).
Requirements
- US citizenship and domestic residency in the U.S. required.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ years with a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Java, Golang, or C#.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and container orchestration (EKS or AKS).
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, DataDog, Splunk) and deployment pipelines (Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
