Site Reliability Engineer (SaaS)

What you will do

• Deploy, manage, and secure production SaaS environments across AWS and Azure.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations for incident response and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
• Write technical documentation and provide training to colleagues.
• Work a 4x10-hour schedule (Sunday–Wednesday, 10 PM – 9 AM US Pacific Time).

Requirements

• US citizenship and domestic residency in the U.S. required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ years with a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent).
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Java, Golang, or C#.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and container orchestration (EKS or AKS).
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, DataDog, Splunk) and deployment pipelines (Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
