What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of secure CI/CD pipelines across all environments.
• Own the end-to-end software release process, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Integrate automated security scanning (SAST, DAST, container) into build workflows.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi.
• Ensure compliance with DoD security standards including RMF, NIST, and STIGs.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance (interim OK).
• US Citizenship required.
• Proven experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Knowledge of DoD security standards and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Tampa, FL.
