What you will do

• Underwrite new acquisition and development opportunities across various product types including office, residential, and industrial.
• Assist the acquisition team with sourcing deals, preparing investment committee memos, and managing due diligence and closing processes.
• Conduct quarterly financial reviews of the regional portfolio.
• Support disposition strategies for assets nearing the end of their investment hold period.
• Perform market research and analysis to track trends, economic conditions, and existing market assets.
• Prepare financial models, presentations, and reports to support investment decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and Argus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
