What you will do

• Monitor fleet operations missions using dashboards and health indicators to assess impact.
• Capture incident details and maintain accurate documentation in ticketing systems.
• Coordinate real-time incident response by prioritizing events and escalating to resolver teams.
• Support cross-functional analytical tasks within the Triage Operations team.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent with two years of work experience required.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Flexibility to work afternoon, night, and rotating Saturday shifts.
• Ability to learn new tools and analytical skills quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Interest in the development of advanced driver-assist systems (ADAS).

Nice to have

• Experience with ADAS automation testing products.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and Jira.
• Experience with dashboarding software like Looker or Superset.
• Background in software, IT, or STEM environments.
