What you will do

• Own production deployment, configuration, and release processes.
• Build and maintain production tooling for orchestration, monitoring, and system diagnostics.
• Define and maintain observability metrics, including SLIs and SLOs, in partnership with product owners.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and coordinate post-mortems.
• Collaborate across global engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Influence system architecture and promote best practices across SRE teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations (DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering).
• 5+ years of experience with systems programming languages such as C, C++, Golang, or Rust.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals, including kernel tuning, scheduling, and system configuration.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as routing, multicast, LLDP, VLANs, and Ethernet.
• Ability to handle shared operational and periodic on-call duties.
