What you will do

  • Provide operational support for large-scale distributed environments and debug production issues across the full stack.
  • Diagnose and resolve critical issues rapidly to minimize downtime and user impact.
  • Manage production incidents, including communication with clients and drafting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents.
  • Monitor technical and business deliverables to ensure project expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify single points of failure and implement resilient architecture solutions.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to overcome current infrastructure constraints and business policies.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with programming and scripting in Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Strong understanding of at least one Public Cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency with observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, NewRelic, or ELK Stack.
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Docker Swarm, or Nomad.
  • Knowledge of modern design patterns including microservices, serverless functions, NoSQL, and RESTful APIs.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotation-based 24x7 available team.
