Director Business Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Tainan, Taiwan. Travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction for the Business Management organization and manage managers across multiple customers and regions.
• Forecast and deliver booking, revenue, gross margin, and market share commitments.
• Develop and execute division strategies based on customer roadmaps, high-value product priorities, and competitive analysis.
• Lead product pricing strategies, margin improvement initiatives, complex negotiations, and order-closing activities with Sales and business units.
• Own management-level customer interactions and prepare and present customer technical reviews and business results to business unit leadership.
• Manage and develop managers and employees while overseeing multiple business management projects and programs.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of business systems, theories, and practices.
• Broad industry and commercial awareness applied to financial and operational performance.
• Experience leading through subordinate managers and executing functional business plans.
• Advanced analytical judgment for resolving highly complex or unusual business problems.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with senior executives and external organizations.
