What you will do

• Design, analyze, document, and test complex mechanical parts and assemblies for high-volume production.
• Ensure final designs meet quality, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and ESD containment specifications.
• Collaborate with worldwide functions and manufacturing suppliers to optimize designs for mass production.
• Resolve complex mechanical engineering issues and challenges throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead the development, qualification, and debug of plastic tooling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical design and development of high-volume consumer electronic products.
• Proficiency in Pro/E and AutoCAD, and skilled in Ansys simulation.
• Strong knowledge of plastics, injection molding, tooling, assembly processes, and metal punch tool design.
• Advanced expertise in quality tools including DFMEA, DFMA, PSS, and tolerance analysis.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Fluent English writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
