TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (React/Node): Building and scaling a customer survey platform powered by AI agents with an accent on SDK development and high-load APIs. Salary: $150,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the development and deployment of publicly available SDKs used by millions of users worldwide.
• Develop and optimize backend code focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design and build React dashboards and endpoints to ensure high quality and fast page loads.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and provide engineering mentorship to cross-functional colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience deploying customer-facing React production applications critical to business operations.
• Proven track record of writing high-quality, production-ready software following industry best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks using instrumentation.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for a hybrid work schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with the company tech stack: AWS, Node.js, ClickHouse, and Postgres.
