What you will do

• Review project deliverables to define the appropriate test approach.
• Create, manage, and execute the Test Strategy Project.
• Lead internal and 3rd party teams across onshore and offshore locations.
• Ensure requirements traceability using JIRA and other test management tools.
• Generate and provide test progress reports during planning and execution.
• Track defects and monitor overall test quality and schedules.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SDL, SDM, and IMS (fixed & mobile).
• Experience as a Test Manager on Nokia projects is preferred.
• Strong management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and drive collaboration with multiple domain stakeholders.
