What you will do

• Lead marketing spend planning and evaluation across performance marketing, PR, branding, user campaigns, affiliates, and events.
• Analyze investment effectiveness to derive ROI insights and develop high-impact recommendations for executive leaders.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting of all marketing activities.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize existing campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
• Manage complex datasets and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and measurement.
• Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance supporting Marketing functions at a large B2C internet company.
• Extensive experience building complex financial and operating models.
• Ability to craft executive-level presentations and succinct narratives for deliverables.
• Strong business judgment and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Must be based in Asia.
