What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify opportunities where motion improves usability and experience.
• Create high-quality animations, interaction flows, and motion studies that elevate the product.
• Partner with engineering teams to clearly communicate motion intent and ensure high-quality production implementation.
• Translate business goals and product strategy into scalable motion concepts and interaction systems.
• Expand client brand identities within digital products through motion.
• Mentor other Motion Designers and improve internal workflows, tooling, and processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of motion design experience at a studio, product company, or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion craft, interaction thinking, and product sensibility.
• Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and user-centered thinking.
• Proficiency with Figma and Lottie/Bodymovin workflows.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, polished motion experiences.
• Experience communicating interaction behavior clearly to engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive, Spline, After Effects, or Cinema 4D.
• Familiarity with front-end implementation or creative development.
