What you will do

• Provide dedicated assistance to VIP clients regarding accounts, products, and services via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues on computers, tablets, and mobile applications.
• Handle advanced inbound inquiries and execute proactive outbound communications.
• Communicate exclusive marketing deals and product updates to VIP clients.
• Collect and report client feedback to identify service shortcomings and improve quality.
• Ensure the highest level of confidentiality and security for sensitive VIP information.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to maintain a hybrid schedule with at least 50% office attendance in Concord, NH.
• 2+ years of experience in inbound support call centers, preferably in a VIP or Tier 2 support role.
• Proficiency in Windows Office programs and advanced technical troubleshooting for various devices.
• High School diploma or GED (some college preferred) and minimum age of 21.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
