What you will do

• Build reliability and resilience into every part of the platform to ensure high performance at scale.
• Debug complex issues across the stack, from Linux kernels to Kubernetes clusters.
• Improve and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe code deployment.
• Expand observability services using VictoriaMetrics to create effective feedback loops.
• Develop automation tools to eliminate manual toil and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation following a follow-the-sun model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a production engineering or SRE role.
• Proficiency in programming, preferably with Python or Golang.
• Strong foundation in Linux and cloud networking.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes at enterprise scale.
• Experience with IAC and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Ansible.
• Practical experience with cloud providers, specifically GCP or AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
