What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of in-house clinical studies from startup through closeout.
• Author core clinical documents including protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Manage study timelines, budgets, and resource planning to meet business objectives.
• Oversee clinical data systems including EDC and eTMF.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, regulatory, and marketing.
• Manage IRB submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews independently.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in a related medical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Vitamin Mineral Supplement, or wellness categories.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and human subjects research.
• Hands-on experience managing clinical data systems (EDC, eTMF).
• Ability to travel for site visits within California up to 20%.
