• Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Security platforms including AI security integration.
• Lead and develop a team of architects by setting technical direction and delivery standards.

• Engage directly with high-value customers as a trusted advisor for their transformation journeys.
• Provide technical escalation support for presales and conduct architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners to co-create and advocate for innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical field, ideally with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering complex Microsoft solutions for enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring and developing teams of architects.
• Strong track record in methodology development and technical innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer engagements and industry events.
