Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $170,000–$185,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Plan and execute red and purple team engagements to simulate advanced adversarial tactics.
• Perform in-depth penetration tests on web applications, endpoint agents, and internal systems.
• Prototype tools using scripting and generative AI to replicate cyber threats and automate workflows.
• Conduct social engineering campaigns to evaluate human vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with SOC and CSIRT teams to enhance detection and response capabilities.
• Develop detailed technical and executive reports to provide actionable remediation guidance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an offensive security professional.
• Deep knowledge of adversarial tradecraft and expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in scripting languages.
• Strong documentation skills and experience communicating findings to inform defenses.
• Must be based in the United States.
