What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and TestComplete.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testable scenarios for hedge fund processes.
• Execute automated scripts, analyze results, and manage defect reporting.
• Integrate automated testing practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct performance and load testing for high-volume financial systems.
• Resolve technical issues in applications and automated test suites.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Proven experience in automated testing using Python and TestComplete.
• Expertise in testing strategies for both web and desktop applications.
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading systems, or investment platforms.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, architecture, and design patterns.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
