What you will do

• Deliver actionable insights to drive growth, engagement, and retention.
• Build dashboards, reports, and models using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Analyze performance across marketing, product, and content domains.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends and patterns within large datasets to uncover business opportunities.
• Present strategic insights to senior leadership in clear and impactful ways.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial insight, strategy, or BI roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong data storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK (Hybrid).
