What you will do

• Execute client briefs into effective visual concepts and high-quality problem-solving outputs
• Support senior team members in the creation of branding and packaging design assets
• Conduct competitive audits and build detailed case studies
• Assist in brainstorming sessions and the creation of mood boards
• Build and maintain accurate presentation decks to showcase agency work
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a dynamic agency environment

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Cincinnati, OH
• Proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite (Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign)
• Strong student portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative thinking
• Pursuing a college or university diploma in graphic, packaging, or communication design
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have

• Prior professional experience in a packaging studio or creative firm
• Education or exposure to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) branding
• Basic understanding of print processes and finishes
