What you will do

• Deliver memorable brand storytelling and develop innovative presentation techniques.
• Create and evaluate competitive design strategies using a sophisticated aesthetic approach.
• Collaborate with peers and partner groups to ensure design continuity across projects.
• Develop brand identities from scratch or through comprehensive brand refreshes.
• Translate strategic business problems into effective creative design solutions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in design environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
• Outstanding technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in building or refreshing brands.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate confidently.
• Must be able to work from the Cincinnati studio 4 days per week.
• A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving.
