What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI agents using the Agentforce platform to drive real-time customer impact.
• Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, and tool-call architectures leveraging AI/LLM technologies.
• Build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Collaborate in cross-functional builder pods to translate complex business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Iterate and ship high-quality code for Fortune 500 clients, owning the technical lifecycle from design to deployment.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep expertise as an AI native, specifically with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infrastructure.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
• Availability to travel 25-50% of the time to work directly with customers.
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor and write high-quality code.
