AI Engineer (LLM): Building and maintaining an agent layer on top of marketing analytics platforms with an accent on LLM agent architecture, context handling, and deterministic tooling. Location: Must be based in the Helsinki/Espoo region or willing to relocate to Finland (relocation support provided).

Salary: €4,800–€6,000 per month.

What you will do

• Build and maintain LLM agents for analytics use cases and internal tooling.
• Design agent architectures that balance context efficiency with deterministic tooling.
• Develop and run evaluations to measure and improve agent performance and reliability.
• Integrate agents with internal services, APIs, and MCP servers.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain agent systems from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Product teams to turn analytics into trusted AI experiences.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Helsinki/Espoo region or open to relocating to Finland.
• Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining LLM agents with agent frameworks.
• Experience building evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to create direction in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

• JavaScript and UI/backend experience.
• MLOps experience bringing AI systems into production.
• Experience with MCP servers and runtimes.
