What you will do

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
• Design Agent Intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and the entire architecture.
• Support the entire Technical Lifecycle: architect, build, debug, and deploy high-quality, scalable production systems.
• Partner with clients to turn business challenges into agentic solutions.
• Iterate and Deploy: Test it, break it, fix it, ship it. Repeat.

Requirements

• You have a strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• You’re an AI native who has been deep in LLMs and prompt engineering.
• You are fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and Real-Time Infra
• You can hold your own in a room with our sales teams and customers.
• You write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• You are excited to travel 25-50% of the time, working directly alongside our customers to see your code come to life in their environments.
• Spanish and English fluency is required.
