What you will do

• Act as a principal investigator on client-facing RWE engagements, overseeing study design, analytics, and reporting.
• Design and execute studies using predictive modeling and causal inference to support clinical development and medical affairs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop RWE data and consulting solutions for oncology product lifecycles.
• Engage with external clients to drive study demand and communicate complex scientific strategies.
• Provide scientific oversight to co-investigators and programmers to ensure high-quality protocols and statistical analysis plans.
• Manage project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery of research objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 7-8 years of experience or PhD with 4-5 years in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, HEOR, or Data Science.
• Deep expertise in oncology, observational data, and applying advanced statistical methods in pharmaceutical or public health contexts.
• Proficiency in R programming and experience with EHR-derived or claims data.
• Familiarity with AI or predictive modeling solutions for clinical research applications.
• Consulting experience with a proven track record of building and navigating client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to scientific audiences.
