What you will do

• Architect and optimize cross-team workflows in Airtable, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to support the full product lifecycle.
• Design scalable Airtable Interfaces and robust automation workflows with multi-platform integrations (e.g., Slack, Jira, custom APIs).
• Manage operational setup, user provisioning, and database health tracking to ensure platform availability and zero downtime.
• Translate complex cross-functional stakeholder requirements into reliable and scalable tooling solutions.
• Develop system documentation, wiki playbooks, and training assets to support onboarding and architectural updates.
• Provide ongoing technical support and standardize learning materials for global Product and Design organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of expert, admin-level experience with Airtable, including relational database design, synced bases, and native automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience within a Product Management, Core Technology, or Media/Entertainment organization.
• Proven experience managing or configuring Jira and Confluence for agile software delivery.
• Strong business analysis skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system debugging.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for facilitating meetings with non-technical leadership.
