What you will do

• Lead client projects and advise on digital intelligence, media analytics, and data-driven reputation strategies.
• Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize innovative offerings like media simulations and predictive modeling.
• Translate complex data methodologies into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Conduct digital intelligence, audience, and search audits to diagnose reputational risks and communications gaps.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital and insights services across the firm.
• Mentor and coach early-career professionals within the practice.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate reputation, or digital analytics.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven experience working across both client advisory and data-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater) and search strategy (SEO/AEO/GEO).
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear communications counsel.
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.
