Salary: $132,000–$218,500

What you will do
- Lead client projects and advise on digital intelligence, media analytics, and data-driven reputation strategies.
- Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize innovative offerings like media simulations and predictive modeling.
- Translate complex data methodologies into clear, actionable strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Conduct digital intelligence, audience, and search audits to diagnose reputational risks and communications gaps.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital and insights services across the firm.
- Mentor and coach early-career professionals within the practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, corporate reputation, or digital analytics.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship).
- Proven experience working across both client advisory and data-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Meltwater) and search strategy (SEO/AEO/GEO).
- Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear communications counsel.
- Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices as needed.
