What you will do
- Assume line management responsibilities and provide technical leadership to the CTI team.
- Transform processes for gathering, enriching, and analyzing cyber threat data.
- Upgrade and optimize CTI tooling to increase operational value and integration.
- Apply structured analytic techniques to improve the reliability of intelligence outputs.
- Translate complex threat data into actionable insights for diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Shape the future of the group's cyber defense capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, including threat actor analysis and campaign tracking.
- Strong understanding of CTI platforms and experience in upgrading intelligence systems.
- Formal intelligence qualification or equivalent professional training in military, government, or commercial sectors.
- Demonstrated people management experience, including performance development and capability building.
- Ability to communicate complex technical insights to non-technical audiences.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model at one of the specified UK office sites.
