TL;DR

Head of Non-violence Program: Leading a flagship social impact initiative to reduce domestic violence by promoting healthy relationships and fair choices through media, advocacy, and systemic change. Location: Hybrid, based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Relocation package available for candidates from other regions.

What you will do

  • Lead the full project lifecycle from strategic design to hands-on execution of large-scale impact initiatives.
  • Design behavioral change programs utilizing media, art, education, and digital platforms to shift cultural norms.
  • Engage with influencers, media, and cultural leaders to drive public awareness and societal discourse.
  • Develop advocacy strategies to shape public policy and legislative proposals.
  • Build strategic partnerships with civil society, academic organizations, and policy stakeholders.
  • Create a global scaling strategy to adapt the pilot model to diverse cultural and political contexts.
