What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including ideation, timeline planning, and execution tracking.
  • Develop regional influencer strategies, KPI frameworks, and audience personas for SEA markets.
  • Lead special influencer-led initiatives and high-impact activations including offline and PR-led stunts.
  • Own and manage the Driver Ambassador program including recruitment, content guidelines, and incentive structures.
  • Build and maintain a regional influencer ecosystem and database across key markets.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and platform trends to provide actionable insights for future campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in end-to-end influencer campaign planning and performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Proven ability to develop regional influencer strategies and KPI frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Jakarta, Indonesia.
