What you will do

• Design and develop the core iOS voice assistant experience.
• Improve the performance and reliability of the Flow voice dictation engine.
• Prototype and ship new voice interface features for mobile users.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and designers to refine human-computer interaction.
• Maintain high code velocity while ensuring exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• Fluency in Swift with a track record of shipping apps to large userbases.
• Previous founding or startup experience.
• Strong design intuition and attention to detail regarding animations and UX.
• Ability to build full-stack personal projects or open-source contributions in Swift.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
