What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and process returns or exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Update and manage customer information within the CRM system.
- Collect and forward valuable customer feedback to internal departments.
- Provide timely status updates to customers regarding their inquiries.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.
- Strong capacity to handle and process large volumes of information.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in PC usage and basic office software.
- Experience working with CRM systems or similar specialized software.
