- Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
- Must be based in or near Cebu, Philippines for hybrid work.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work through typical or moderately complex problems.
- Strong knowledge of standardized operational rules and procedures.
- Effective communication skills in English.
