Research Manager

TL;DR

Research Manager: Managing end-to-end research projects and complex data analysis to meet client objectives with an accent on quantitative survey methodologies and quality assurance. Focus on coordinating fieldwork, optimizing project budgets, and collaborating with internal teams and external statisticians to deliver high-quality insights.

Location: Must be based in Manila (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week).

What you will do

• Manage research projects independently through the entire fieldwork lifecycle.
• Oversee scripting, translations, and programming of CATI and CAWI surveys via third-party vendors.
• Ensure delivery of accurate data tables and charts according to project specifications.
• Apply rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain high research standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and external statisticians to build complex analysis models.
• Support Research Ops with qualitative interview sourcing and scheduling.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing research projects in an agency or similar environment.
• Proven ability to contribute to client objectives through research.
• Technical proficiency in Decipher or comparable survey tools.
• Strong command of MS Office and G-Suite.
• Must be based in Manila to support the hybrid working model.
• Excellent business communication and writing skills.
