What you will do

• Design and adapt visual assets for campaigns, digital channels, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Translate brand and campaign concepts into strong visual executions.
• Ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints and help evolve the design system.
• Collaborate with creatives, copywriters, and marketers on integrated campaigns.
• Create internal design assets and support general brand needs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in design, branding, or visual communication.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, and visual identity projects.
• Solid knowledge of layout, typography, composition, and color.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI design tools.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid
• English: Good level required to collaborate in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience working with sports, entertainment, or culturally-driven brands.
• Ability to create motion graphics using After Effects or Premiere.
• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway.
• Experience working closely with copywriters as part of a creative duo.
