What you will do

• Own and lead technical documentation for platform and release management, covering end-to-end release lifecycles and operational readiness.
• Translate complex platform, cloud, and engineering concepts into clear, structured, and decision-ready documentation.
• Define and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides for Platform Release Management.
• Partner with Senior Platform Release Managers, Engineering Leads, SREs, and Architects to ensure technical accuracy.
• Drive consistency across release notes, runbooks, process documentation, and executive summaries.
• Mentor and guide engineering and release team contributors on effective technical documentation practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Technical Writer in large-scale software, platform, or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery, platform operations, and release management practices.
• Exceptional written English proficiency with a focus on precision and structure.
• Hands-on experience with MadCap Flair.
• Proven ability to create and govern documentation frameworks and style guides.
• Experience with version control and collaboration platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience documenting Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SRE concepts.
• Experience working in enterprise or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with audit, compliance, accessibility, or security-driven documentation.
