What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance applications and delivery pipelines to improve reliability and capability.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and Architects to translate product vision into technical requirements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level colleagues to raise the overall technical bar of the team.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from reviewing user stories and design to code reviews and automated testing.
• Research and integrate emerging tools and frameworks to enable future innovation.

Requirements

• Proficiency in modern programming languages, specifically C#.
• Strong experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools.
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and practices.
• Expertise in Azure services, TeamCity, Git, and PowerShell.
• Experience working in international, agile development environments.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Elasticsearch, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
• Skills in performance optimization and system scalability.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
