What you will do

• Support tender processes and gain exposure to procurement workflows.
• Compile and share forecasts with supply chain teams.
• Maintain delivery rights files and ensure data accuracy for distribution governance.
• Assist regional category managers in updating vendor assortments.
• Interact with local teams to resolve operational incidents and inquiries.
• Contribute to assortment selection and map generic spaces for EMEA stores.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid or able to work onsite at the Madrid office.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fast learner with an analytical and problem-solving attitude.
• Self-driven and reliable with a strong desire to learn.

Nice to have

• French language proficiency is a plus for EMEA market interactions.
