What you will do

• Monitor customer activity and reports to identify indicators of potential gambling-related harm.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement proportionate preventative measures.
• Engage directly with customers via live chat, email, and telephone with empathy and sensitivity.
• Document all customer interactions, assessments, and decisions accurately.
• Evaluate intervention outcomes and escalate concerns from AML, Fraud, and Payments teams.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Safer Gambling, Responsible Gambling, or Compliance roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with high emotional intelligence.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.
