Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Define and influence the technical direction of the mobile platform across iOS, Android, and cross-platform initiatives.
• Shape the evolution of the React Native strategy and identify high-value cross-platform opportunities.
• Coach and mentor engineers to elevate overall mobile engineering practices and architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Platform teams to align the long-term mobile roadmap.
• Contribute hands-on code (~50% of time) to technically complex and high-impact areas.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to resolve production issues.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on mobile development.
• Deep experience building and scaling mobile products on iOS and/or Android.
• Experience with cross-platform technologies, specifically React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance, testability, and scalability.
• Proven ability to drive technical initiatives and influence architecture in complex organizations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.

• Experience leading platform modernization or architectural transformations.
• Hands-on experience with React Native migrations into existing native environments.
• Familiarity with React and web technologies.
• Experience working on large-scale consumer or enterprise mobile products.
