What you will do

• Assist in building and configuring CRM campaigns using tools like Bloomreach and Retool based on strategic briefs.
• Perform rigorous QA checks on targeting, timing, and rewards to minimize errors before campaigns go live.
• Work with CRM data, including segments, attributes, and triggers, to ensure correct campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Retention Department to align on campaign requirements and progress.
• Maintain records of campaign builds and assist in tracking basic performance and delivery metrics.
