What you will do

• Manage digital marketing retention activities to ensure alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
• Develop and implement retention campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and Weblayers.
• Monitor and analyze customer behavior to create effective audience segments and personalized experiences.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to build materials and conduct A/B testing for performance optimization.
• Map and optimize customer journeys by implementing automated workflows.
• Conduct competitive research and manage sports-related tasks such as tournament setups and player payments.

Requirements

• Must be a native Spanish speaker with C2 level English proficiency.
• Must be authorized to work in Gibraltar without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on customer retention.
• Proven experience with online retention platforms, email, and SMS marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
