What you will do

• Plan and execute procurement of equipment, materials, and services according to supply plans.
• Manage purchase orders, including change requests, claims, and invoice matching.
• Conduct supplier mapping, sourcing activities, and supplier negotiations.
• Liaise with category management, project management, and production teams to define procurement needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with project schedules.
• Maintain purchasing master data and adhere to company HSE and business conduct procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant procurement experience (total experience under 15 years).
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand engineering manufacturing drawings and prepare total cost analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of ERP LN Infor is preferred.
