What you will do

• Execute and support main component exchanges across Irish windfarms.
• Provide on-site training for technicians on exchange processes.
• Supervise lifting operations and manage specialized main component exchange tools.
• Develop, test, and improve tooling sets and exchange procedures.
• Create risk assessments and method statements for site operations.
• Perform gearbox and main bearing endoscopies.

Requirements

• Significant experience working on wind turbines and practical main component exchange.
• Experience with mobile cranes and hydraulic/electric torque tools.
• Qualification in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.
• Completed Wind Turbine Technician course and Slinger Banksman training.
• Ability to work at heights and travel regularly, including overnight stays.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and SAP.
