What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architect teams to define platform objectives and success criteria based on customer use cases.
• Coordinate and conduct full deployments, including network architecture design, sensor placement, integrations, upgrades, and patches.
• Tune, optimize, and monitor the hirify.global Platform to ensure continuous availability and meet customer objectives.
• Develop content, build foundational workflows, and provide troubleshooting and break/fix support including escalation management.
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and new release feature walkthroughs to key stakeholders.
• Maintain client engagement by soliciting feedback and identifying opportunities for additional hirify.global products and services.

Requirements

• Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Houston, TX for regular onsite work.
• 5+ years of ICS/OT cybersecurity experience.
• Strong networking knowledge, including IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols.
• Proficiency with Linux command line, Docker, scripting languages (Python, shell), SIEMs, and ELK stack.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects for enterprise on-premise and cloud software solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
